How far is the condo from the beach?The beach is a short walk through the mangroves and over the private Blind Pass footbridge — usually about 8-10 minutes from the door.
What amenities are included?Guests have access to the heated pool, tennis courts, grills, private beach access, shell‑cleaning stations, and our fully stocked condo with beach gear, Wi‑Fi, and a complete kitchen.
What wildlife can we expect to see?Manatees often visit Clam Bayou, and it’s also common to spot osprey, eagles, dolphins, and seasonal sea turtle nests along Bowman’s Beach.
